Here are some shots of a 1965 Ford Pickup that we recently worked on. You can see the truck had some pretty significant rust in the floor and corners of the cab. Our crew deftly removed the rust and repaired the floors with some genuine OEM Ford metal.
Project Update 9/30/14
Additional rust repair was completed on the drivers side of the cab. We've now modified the floor of the cab to accept a pair of 2013 Mustang seats. Future plans for this project include custom hydraulic brakes and clutch system.
Project Update 10/24/14
We've finished mounting the new hydraulic brake booster and hydraulic clutch master cylinder.
Project Update 2/5/15
The cab is back on the frame for the '65 Ford pickup. We've also installed the front clip, and a nice roller cammed 347 Ford small block with aluminum Trick Flow heads that makes 430 hp and 430 lb ft of torque; behind the stroker Ford small block is a TKO 5 speed manual transmission. Holding the small block and trans in place is a pair of Tin Man motor mounts and custom trans cross member. Note the custom work to make the drivers side mount work around the steering box.
